Cutting board care

  1. Scrub both sides with mild antibacterial soap or spray with 5 parts water to vinegar solution.

  2. Rinse with hot water.

  3. Dry in up right position.

  4. Apply warmed mineral oil monthly. (Vegetable and olive oils can turn rancid.)
Do not submerge in water or put in dishwasher.
